About

Charity Ladi Babatunde is a woman who believes that people deserve better human experiences, and she chooses to use her gifts, calling, and influence to help create them wherever She can.

She is an entrepreneur, kindness enthusiast, service excellence advocate, and speaker whose work is anchored in BHX™ a personal philosophy centred on Building Better Human Experiences.

My Journey

For over three decades, I have navigated banking, business, event access management, technology-enabled service delivery, leadership, training, and social impact. Through each season, one thread has remained constant: my deep interest in people and the experiences we create for one another.

My love for service excellence did not begin as a formal concept. It grew from years of observing how people respond when they feel respected, valued, seen, or ignored. I have learned that service is not just about efficiency or process. It is about the feeling people are left with after every interaction.

As Managing Partner of E Access Hub Limited, I work in the event access management space, helping clients deliver smoother guest experiences through digital invitations, RSVP management, access control, onsite check-in, wristbands, and attendance reporting.

I am also deeply interested in how technology can improve service delivery. I believe technology should make experiences easier, clearer, and more human, not colder, more complicated, or frustrating.

Family & Personal Life

Beyond my work, I am a wife, mother to two adult children, and a grateful grandmother.

Family has been one of the most grounding and meaningful parts of my journey. It has shaped how I see people, responsibility, care, resilience, kindness, and legacy. Many of the values that guide my work: empathy, service, patience, purpose, and the desire to leave people better than I met them, are also deeply connected to the lessons I continue to learn through family and life.

Personal Philosophy

For me, Building Better Human Experiences is not only a professional philosophy. It is deeply personal.

It shows up in how we lead, how we serve, how we nurture relationships, how we extend kindness, and how we make people feel in the everyday moments that often matter most.

At this stage of my journey, I am more convinced than ever that better service, better leadership, and better systems all begin with a deeper regard for people, their dignity, their needs, their time, their feelings, and their experience.

That is what BHX™ – Building Better Human Experiences means to me.
